Description

This course is a hands-on case-based course focused on enhancing strategic thinking capabilities of decision makers in the oil and gas industry including those responsible for building and sustaining successful strategic plans. Participants are presented with several strategic tools for analyzing different aspects of the petroleum business from both a macro and micro perspective.

Geologists, geophysicists, engineers, managers, and executives responsible for defining, assessing, and developing business alternatives and strategy in the petroleum industry.
