Festus Nwokafor is a lecturer at the Laser Geo Science Institute. He has over 22years of experience of combined research, teaching and consulting on modern management, organizational behaviour and corporate leadership. Owing to his wide range of knowledge in leadership, industrial and management issues, NUPENG and PENGASSEN have over the year retained him as one of the most valued consultant/resource person in all their training and manpower development programme. He consults for NSRP, Port Harcourt Refinery Company (PHRC), Total, Sep of Oil and Gas, RSSDA, GPHCDA, to mention but a few. As an internationally acclaimed staff motivation, mentorship and productivity enhancement expert, he brings to bare his wide range of experience to impart the trainees with valued skills. In view of his many years of experience and special knack on motivation skills, the engaging him therefore promises to bring a dramatic change on work attitude and enhancement of management and leadership skills of all trainees/participants. F. Nwokafor holds diploma in Project Management and a Bachelors Degree (BSc), in public administration and Masters Degree (MPA), in Advance Human Resources Management, and currently rounding off his PhD Degree in Economics of Development at the University of Nigeria. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM). He is also a member of prestigious Chattered Institute of Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria.
